Arthub has been offered a booth in ShContemporary Art Fair as a not-for-profit organization.
Arthub will create a lounge area designed by Dedo Design and will host informal gatherings, books presentations or pre-views and the launch of Arthub Accessories to support Arthub’s initiatives, a line of objects created in co-operation with Chinese artists.
September 10-13:
Continuous Project: Shanghai Detour 上海游艺图 The Art ride by all of us for the distinguished guests.
September 10, 2 pm - Zhao Chuan, an art historian from Shanghai, will talk about his
book on the “Birth of Avantgarde in Shanghai.”
September 11, 2 pm - Shanghai-based Curator Biljana Ciric will launch and talk about her
book “Rejected Collection” with CHARTA.
September 12, 2 pm - Birdhead (artists Song Tao and Ji Weiyu) will be on site to sign
their limited-edition books.
September 13, 2 pm
- Pippa Dennis will present the program for Asia Art Forum, an
educational initiative for young collectors, art professionals and
enthusiasts. AAF will provide a unique opportunity to understand the
emergence and historical development of Chinese contemporary art, as
well as issues pertaining to collecting and the complexities of the
Chinese art market.
